Nope. The board is a public URL you share with them — they just click the link and see all their photos. No account, no login, no friction.
No app, no account, nothing to install. Guests open their phone camera, scan the QR code, and they're straight to the upload page. If their grandma can use it, your guests definitely can.
Guests can upload JPEG and PNG photos (including HEIC from iPhones). Individual files can be up to 100MB, and guests can upload up to 10 photos at once.
Your board stays live for 12 months after the event date. Your couples can bookmark it, share it with family, and revisit it anytime during that period. They can also export the entire board as a digital keepsake to keep forever. Need the board live longer? Reach out and we'll work something out.
Absolutely. Reelday works for any event where you want guests to share photos — corporate events, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, quinceañeras, you name it. If there are guests and cameras, Reelday works.
You as the photographer have full access to the event dashboard where you can delete any individual upload. We're working on moderation tools — for now, most events are private enough that this isn't a real concern.
White labeling is on our roadmap. For now the board has a subtle "powered by Reelday" footer, but the experience is otherwise fully focused on your couple's event.
